How long will my order take to arrive?

Based on the availability of products, it would take about 1-2 days for packing and dispatching. On average, orders will arrive to the destination address within 7 working days after dispatching. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. We presently make use of SPEED POST for shipping.

I shipped my order to the wrong address. Can you reship my order?

We can accommodate an address change request only in cases where we are informed of address change prior to dispatch of product(s) from our warehouse. Please make the request to us by:

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing; please notify us IMMEDIATELY.  In case the packing is damaged, instantly take a photo before unpacking. In most cases, the product inside would be safe. But, if the item is damaged, take photos for proof and immediately notify us. You may do so by:

Once we are convinced of the damage occurred, we will be happy to replace any damaged product(s) depending on availability of the ordered item(s). In case a replacement is not available, we will provide you with a full refund within 15 working days. But don't worry, such cases rarely occur as we give special attention to packing.

Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Do keep in mind that we might be shipping your order via multiple packages. Please do check with us to ensure that the product(s) you believe to be missing from your order are not being shipped to you via another package.

Can I return the product ??

We will send you the actual photos of the product through Whatsapp, email or Facebook before sending you. Therefore there won't be any need for you to return the product.
