How long will my order take to arrive?

Based on the availability of products, it would take about 1-2 days for packing and dispatching. On average, orders will arrive at the destination address within 7 working days after dispatching. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. We presently make use of INDIAN SPEED POST and DELHIVERY for shipping, due to which we can ship to all pin-codes in India.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing; please notify us IMMEDIATELY.  In case the packing is damaged, instantly take a photo before unpacking. In most cases, the product inside would be safe. But, if the item is damaged, take photos for proof and immediately notify us. You may do so by:

1) Calling us at 9846776333 or 9496600795 and discussing the condition of the product.

2) Whatsapp us the pics on 8592820965

Once we are convinced of the damage occurred, we will be happy to replace any damaged product(s) depending on availability of the ordered item(s). In case a replacement is not available, we will provide you with a full refund within 10 working days. But don’t worry, such cases rarely occur as we give special attention to packing.

Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Do keep in mind that we might be shipping your order via multiple packages. Please do check with us to ensure that the product(s) you believe to be missing from your order are not being shipped to you via another package.

Can I return the product ??

Basically the answer is No. Because there wont arise any situation which will lead to a return.  We will send you the actual photos of the product through Whatsapp, email or Facebook before sending you. You will be receiving the exact same product as shown to you on whatsapp. Therefore there won’t be any need for you to return the product.

How do I track my orders?

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we shall send you the tracking code via Whatsapp or email. You’ll get regular updates and notifications of your order status through Whatsapp. 

Which modes of payment are accepted by The Arte House?

Our transaction gateway is secured by Instamojo . They provide the following features:

Is it safe to share my card details with The Arte House?

I shipped my order to the wrong address. Can you reship my order?
