Shipping and Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping

Based on the availability of products, it would take about 1-2 days for packing and dispatching. On average, orders will arrive at the destination address within 7 working days after dispatching. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. We presently make use of  AMAZON, ECOM EXPRESS, MARUTHI COURIERS, INDIAN SPEED POST and DELHIVERY for shipping, due to which we can ship to most pin-codes in India. Following are estimated delivery dates for some popular regions:

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing; please notify us IMMEDIATELY.  In case the packing is damaged, instantly take a photo before unpacking. In most cases, the product inside would be safe. But, if the item is damaged, take photos for proof and immediately notify us. You may do so by:

Once we are convinced of the damage occurred, we will be happy to replace any damaged product(s) depending on availability of the ordered item(s). In case a replacement is not available, we will provide you with a full refund within 10 working days. But don’t worry, such cases rarely occur as we give special attention to packing.

Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Do keep in mind that we might be shipping your order via multiple packages. Please do check with us to ensure that the product(s) you believe to be missing from your order are not being shipped to you via another package.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • An incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the images shared via whatsapp or wrong product is delivered.
  • You receive the item in a completely damaged state.

We take utmost care to avoid a situation which may lead to a return.  We will send you the actual photos of the product through Whatsapp(If whatsapp number is shared) before packing. You will be receiving the exact same product as shown to you on Whatsapp. 

All the Dimensions are accurately shown in the website. Please ensure that you measure the space where the idol is to be kept before ordering.

Therefore there won’t be any need for you to return the product. Only exception is when you receive the idol in a completely damaged state. That is the only case when we accept returns.

Once the order has been picked up by the Courier Team, the order cannot be cancelled. If the order has not been picked up we will give you complete refund.

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we shall send you the tracking code via Whatsapp or email. You’ll get regular updates and notifications of your order status through Email, if the item is dispatched via Courier.

International Shipping

We use DHL as our International Shipping Partner. We have provided the facility to check the shipping rates as well as delivery time in our website itself. After you add the required products to cart, you can view the option to calculate shipping by entering basic details like, Country, City and pincode. An estimated delivery date will also be shown by DHL. Based on the availability of products, it would take about 1-2 days for packing and dispatching. Kindly note that only the product cost will be refunded. Shipping charges wont be refunded. But don’t worry, such cases rarely occur as we give special attention to packing. In case you prefer a replacement, you will be required to bear the forward shipping charges. Also, note that the refund amount can only be transferred to your Indian Bank Account.

International orders are not eligible for return, cancellation or exchange. Hence, talk directly to us before placing an order. We will share the live pictures of the product as well as clear your doubts.

Once the order has been picked up by the Courier Team, the order cannot be cancelled. If the order has not been picked up you are eligible for complete refund. But refund can be provided only to Indian Bank Accounts.
