Usha Pooja Guruvayurappan Idol made in fibre. This form of Guruvayurappan is decorated during the Usha Pooja ritual at Guruvayur temple. Each idol is handcrafted and profusely decorated with sequins and jewels.
The unique stone works along with the anatomically correct body imparts a divine feel to the idol. Beautiful face with cute eyes is another major attraction of this statue. Original Peacock feathers have been attached to the head. Enamel paint is used for painting due to which the paint is waterproof.
This statue is rare to find, too.

Cleaning and Maintainence:
Dust is the main villain to look out for. Ensure periodic cleaning using wet or dry cloth to prevent dust accumulation. Wipe the stone areas gently, with care. If ever any stone comes out, it can be easily stuck back using fevibond/fevicol.
If you intend to remove the plastic lamination cover on the idol, do it slowly.
